Founder & Creative Director
Arya Nair studied architecture at CEPT Ahmedabad before earning a postgraduate diploma in Interior Design from the Istituto Marangoni in Milan. She spent four years at award-winning studios in London and New York before returning to Mumbai in 2014 to establish her own practice.
Her design sensibility is rooted in materiality — the warmth of unlacquered brass, the grain of hand-loomed textiles, the weight of hand-thrown ceramics. She believes the best interiors don't announce themselves; they simply feel right from the moment you step inside.
Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest India, Elle Décor, and Vogue Living. She is a member of the Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID) and a recipient of the Architectural Digest Design Award (2019 & 2022).
Our Beliefs
Every project begins not with a sketchbook, but with a conversation. We spend our first hours understanding how you inhabit space — how you move, what you need, what you dream about.
We source materials obsessively — from artisan villages in Rajasthan to design houses in Milan. A space is only as good as what it is made of. We never compromise on material quality.
The best interiors hold traces of the people who live in them. We design for the present with an eye toward the future — creating environments that become more beautiful as they age.
Knowing when to stop is as important as knowing where to begin. We resist the urge to fill every corner. Negative space, silence, and simplicity are not emptiness — they are composition.

The Kapoor Penthouse, Worli, wins Best Residential Interior at the IIID National Design Awards.
Architectural Digest India features the Mehta Bungalow, Alibag, on its September cover — a milestone for the studio's national profile.
Studio completes Saffron Lounge, Juhu — its first major hospitality project, earning rave reviews and a Time Out Mumbai Award.
Second Architectural Digest Design Award for the BKC Meridian Office Tower — the studio's first commercial win at a national level.
The studio marks a decade of practice and 150 completed projects, from Bandra apartments to Goa beach houses and Delhi boardrooms.
